I'm a certified nutrition coach whose journey to health and wellness started quite wonky. I discovered a passion for macros when I decided to ditch the yo-yo diets and overworking my body. Since then, I have been empowering others to embrace healthier, and sustainable habits and achieving fitness goals.

I study at Penn State University with a major in Human Development. I previously was taking the Nutrition route, but I found myself doing cadaver labs, and intensely difficult chemistry tests, so I abandoned that. Now, I focus on interpersonal relationships between friends and family dynamics, while also being certified through NASM as a nutrition coach. Best of both worlds!
I believe in...
My ideal day is a good long walk with a likable person, a coffee date, a daily Diet Coke (or 2), being in my robe before 8pm, and making evidence-based nutrition information easily accessible and sharing delicious recipes to emphasize that macros is not a diet, it is a lifestyle.

I was raised in West Chester PA, with an active family that enjoyed hiking, biking, and participating in 5ks. After quitting sports, I discovered my passion for strength training as a way to stay active. Being goal-driven, strength training has provided me with a way to challenge myself... against myself!


Who I love working with
I am so lucky that my passion is also my job. My favorite part of my job is breaking the unhealthy relationship people have with food and movement. “Lots of unlearning” is something I hear all the time. It's time we follow the science!
