STOP EATING BORING SH!T
Don't sabotage yourself by eating cottage cheese and shakes ad nauseum! If you want long term results, you HAVE to eat the foods you actually like when in a deficit. Otherwise, it’ll feel like a “diet” and won’t last long term! This isn't a recipe. I called these "Buildables" because you're just throwing elements together in the macro amounts that fit into your day.
